1. Who we are
The Speaker Support Directory ("the Directory," "we," "us") is owned and operated by Ask Regina Baker, a division of Computerize U-II, located at 3120 Southwest Fwy Ste 101, PMB 744279, Houston, Texas 77098-4520. By accessing this website (speakersupportstaff.com), applying for a listing, or participating in the affiliate program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use this site.
2. What the Directory is, and what it is not
The Directory is a curated referral resource that lists virtual assistants, administrative professionals, and operations providers who serve the professional speaking industry. Providers listed here are either Cohort Certified (trained and certified through our programs) or Speaker Verified (their work confirmed by at least one professional speaker).
The Directory is not a staffing agency, employment agency, or party to any agreement between you and a listed provider. We do not employ, supervise, or control listed providers. Vetting reflects information available at the time of verification; it is not a guarantee, warranty, or endorsement of any provider's future performance, availability, pricing, or fit for your business. You are responsible for your own due diligence, including your own discovery call, before hiring anyone.
3. Listing applications and verification
- Listings are application-only. Approval is at the sole discretion of Ask Regina Baker.
- Applicants must qualify through cohort certification or a verifiable professional speaker reference. References will be contacted.
- Submitting an application does not guarantee placement, and review timelines are estimates, not commitments.
- Misrepresentation of qualifications, references, or work history results in denial or removal from the Directory without refund.
- We may update, edit for accuracy, or remove any listing that no longer meets the Directory's standards.
4. Listing fees and refunds
Listing tiers and fees are published on the pricing page and may change; changes apply at your next renewal, not mid-term. Fees are due before a listing is published. Once a listing is published, fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Removal for misrepresentation or violation of these terms does not entitle you to a refund.
5. Affiliate program
The affiliate program is open to vetted participants only, at our discretion. Affiliates agree to the following, and violations forfeit unpaid commissions and terminate participation:
- No false claims, income promises, or misrepresentation of the Directory, its providers, or its programs.
- No spam. Promote to audiences you have a legitimate relationship with.
- No bidding on Ask Regina Baker brand terms in paid advertising.
- Disclose your affiliate relationship as required by the FTC and applicable law.
Commissions are paid quarterly, after the applicable refund period clears. Commission rates and qualifying actions are stated in the affiliate materials provided at acceptance.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to scrape, harvest, or republish Directory listings or contact information; misrepresent your identity or affiliation; use the site to send unsolicited commercial messages to listed providers; or interfere with the operation or security of the site. Provider contact information is published so speakers can reach providers about legitimate work, not so marketers can build a list. Don't be that person.
7. Intellectual property
All site content, including text, design, branding, the verification framework, and curation, is the property of Ask Regina Baker, a division of Computerize U-II, unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce or republish site content without written permission. Listed providers retain ownership of their own business names and materials and grant us permission to display their listing information.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
This site and its listings are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ask Regina Baker and Computerize U-II are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the site, reliance on any listing, or any engagement between you and a listed provider. Our total liability for any claim related to the Directory will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
9. Indemnification
If you are a listed provider or affiliate, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ask Regina Baker and Computerize U-II from claims arising out of your services, your marketing, or your breach of these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page tells you the current version. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms. Material changes affecting paid listings or affiliates will be communicated directly.
