I'm a Speaker Industry Strategist & Infrastructure Architect. Plainly: I design the systems and streamline the structure behind profitable speaking businesses, so speakers can focus on showing up instead of catching up. I've been building businesses in cyberspace for over 20 years, with more than a decade of that spent specifically inside the professional speaking industry.
I work with professional speakers and their teams to turn scattered operations into organized, revenue-driving ecosystems: backend business development, proven processes, SOPs, CRM structure, pricing strategy, and the operational bones that make bookings possible. Not theory. Implementation.
I've spent 20+ years watching the internet fill up with hype, lies, and folks selling shortcuts they've never taken themselves. This directory exists because the speaking industry deserves better, and because when a speaker asks me "who can I trust with my business?", I wanted a better answer than "let me ask around."
Why I built this directory
The virtual assistant and admin industry has no governing body. Anyone can claim anything, and speakers pay the price when a "speaker VA" turns out to have never touched a speaking business in their life. Meanwhile, genuinely skilled providers get lost in the noise because they're too busy doing good work to shout over the hype.
So I built the filter myself. Every provider here is either Cohort Certified, trained and certified through my own programs, meaning I put my name on their work, or Speaker Verified, meaning at least one professional speaker personally confirmed they've done the work. That's the whole standard. Simple, honest, and rarer than it should be.
